Maybin Electrical operate closely with landlords and letting agents to ensure they stay compliant and remain ahead of new regulations. We are their trusted partner. As a landlord you are requried by law to ensure the electrical installation of your rented properties are safe when tenants move in and continue to remain safe during the course of any letting, any appliance provided to a tenant is safe and has the CE marketing ensuring the manufacturer has met or surpassed requriements from EU law and all HMO (Multiple Occupation House) has an electrical condition report taken every five years by a qualified electrician.

By law your company must maintain its electrical installation and anything connected to it, at a safe standard. As NICEIC approved contractors we can, through routine maintenance ensure you meet this legislation. Once we have established a close working relationship through dedicating the same teams to your business each project we quickly learn how your business works and what systems you have in place. This rapidly starts to reduce on site times and fault finding time, benefiting all.
